The eras this page's records fall in are drawn solid; the others are hollow.
How we know: Each bar runs the years printed on that era's panel, and which eras a page falls in is the archive's grouping of its records, not the length of anyone's career.

2008 · Confirmed

2006, 2007 and 2008 · Confirmed
The race's own releases, carried on the IJSBA's site with the dates 6 December 2005 and 9 September 2006, and on the APBA's racing site with the date 8 November 2007, name him with Jim Russell, DSM Events owner, as the event's co-promoters of the APBA-sanctioned Mark Hahn Memorial races of 25 February 2006, 24 February 2007 and 23 February 2008 at Lake Havasu. The release of September 2006 reports the 60 teams of the previous race and the release of November 2007 the 70 teams of 2007, which shows those races held, and the APBA's page links the 2008 results.

2017 · Confirmed
IJSBA's rules page for the 13th Mark Hahn Memorial 300, set for 12 February 2017, lists him as one of the race's three contacts.

The PWCOFFSHORE hall of fame's citation credits him with bringing the Long Beach to Catalina and Back race back in 2006, and with bringing about, at Lake Havasu City, the 300-mile endurance race that carries the Mark Hahn name. Those are the hall's words, written later, and no document from 2006 held by the archive names the organiser of that year's Long Beach to Catalina race (searched the archive's mirror and research cache for Follmer and the 2006 results, 2026-10-09).

What the archive has not read (2)
- The hall's citation credits him with an overall win at the Mark Hahn race with a partner and gives no year. No held result sheet of the race records an overall win for him (searched the archive's mirror and research cache, 2026-10-09), so it is not listed as a title.
- A 2009 team endurance sheet held by the archive lists him sixth in Pro Am 4 Stroke, but the sheet names no event, so it is not used here (checked 2026-10-05).

- Mark Hahn 300 announcement 2008 (web.archive.org): Fifth Annual Mark Hahn Memorial Havasu 300, announcement of 20 March 2008 (pwcoffshore.com, Wayback capture), pwcoffshore.com, 2008-03-20; editorial, high. The race's own announcement, headed as issued from Mike Follmer of Team Yamaha, setting the fifth running for 28 February 2009 at Lake Havasu and naming its co-promoters. High for what the event said of itself and who it named; one sentence can be read two ways about who held the title Executive Producer, so no page uses that title (checked 2026-10-06).
- Offshore results page 2008 (web.archive.org): Race results page on pwcoffshore.com, captured January 2008, pwcoffshore.com; editorial, medium. Winners lists for the Long Beach to Catalina and Mark Hahn races, the 2007 and 2006 Long Beach to Catalina results and the 2007 Sprint Nationals at Long Beach. Medium as a page restating results; a winners list on it is not a result sheet.
- Mark Hahn 300 release 2005 (web.archive.org): 2006 Mark Hahn Memorial (the promoters' release as posted on ijsba.com, dated 6 December 2005, Wayback capture of 19 September 2020), International Jet Sports Boating Association (carrying the promoters' release), 2005-12-06; editorial, medium. The race's own release, carried by the IJSBA, naming DSM Events owner Jim Russell and Mike Follmer as event co-promoters of the 2006 race of 25 February 2006 at Crazy Beach, Crazy Horse Campground, Lake Havasu, sanctioned by the APBA, and referring to the inaugural event of the year before. Medium: an event's own account carried by a body. Telephone numbers and the contact lines are not copied; its grading words are not used.
- Mark Hahn 300 release 2006 (web.archive.org): 2007 APBA National Mark Hahn Memorial (the promoters' release as posted on ijsba.com, dated 9 September 2006, Wayback capture of 26 September 2020), International Jet Sports Boating Association (carrying the promoters' release), 2006-09-09; editorial, medium. The race's own release, carried by the IJSBA, naming Jim Russell, DSM Events owner, and Mike Follmer as event co-promoters of the third race, 24 February 2007, APBA sanctioned, and giving the record set at the previous year's event and the 60 teams there, so it shows the 2006 race run. (as Mark Hahn 300 release 2005 above)
- APBA Mark Hahn 300 page 2008 (web.archive.org): APBA Regional: Fourth Annual APBA National Mark Hahn Memorial Havasu 300 (apbaracing.com, releases of 8 November 2007 and 13 February 2008, Wayback capture of 8 September 2008), American Power Boat Association (apbaracing.com, carrying the promoters' releases), 2007-11-08; editorial, medium. The APBA racing site's page for the fourth race, 23 February 2008, with links to its 2008 overall and class results and two of the race's own releases. The release of 8 November 2007 names "co-promoters Jim Russell, DSM Events owner and Executive Producer, Mike Follmer"; whom "Executive Producer" describes cannot be read from the sentence, so no page uses that title. It gives the 70 teams of 2007, so it shows the 2007 race run. (as Mark Hahn 300 release 2005 above)
- Mark Hahn 300 rules 2017 (ijsba.com): 13th Mark Hahn Memorial 300 Race Rules (IJSBA page), International Jet Sports Boating Association, 2017-01-20; sanctioning body, high. The rules for the race of 12 February 2017, as of 20 January 2017, with its classes, the race committee and three contacts. The held copy has the contacts' email addresses removed.
- Offshore hall of fame 2019 (web.archive.org): PWCOFFSHORE Endurance and Offshore Racing Hall of Fame (pwcoffshore.com, captured September 2019), pwcoffshore.com; editorial, high. The hall's own roster of six with a citation for each. High for who it inducted and when; its citations are the hall's retrospective tribute, and a page that repeats one says whose words they are.
Changes to this page
- 2026-10-09: Added the race's own releases of 2005 to 2007, which name him a co-promoter of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Mark Hahn races, and made the absence sentence on 2006 name the Long Beach to Catalina race, since a release naming the 2006 Mark Hahn race's co-promoters is now held.
- 2026-10-09: Removed the 2005 Mark Hahn win that the results page's winners list gives him and a partner; the gap now gives only the hall's own credit, which names no year.
