Builds that somebody else published, with the part numbers they published. Kept because a documented parts list is rare in this sport, and kept as theirs because none of it has been checked here.

This is the weakest evidence on the site, and it is still worth having. A legality record names a rulebook section and the person who checked it. A setup sheet in the shop is what we would run. This is neither: it is a note that a named builder says it built a machine this way. Every performance figure below is quoted from the builder and nobody here has measured any of it. All 8 of these builders sell the parts in their own build, so read the lists as a catalogue as much as a recipe.

Nothing here says anything about class legality. A builder describing its own product, including calling an engine package by a class name, is not a check against a rulebook. Those live in class legality, where each one names its section and the person who made it.
