Top speed

57 mph at 8,400 rpm RIVA prints "57 MPH" with an asterisk in the body copy and publishes no footnote anywhere on the page. The asterisk is recorded here because an unexplained qualifier is itself information: RIVA is signalling a condition it has not stated. The headline gives the rpm, which most of these claims do not.

The most useful build here for anyone reading the others and wondering where to start. Eleven parts against the GP1800R's twenty-two, no forced induction, and the engine work is four items: a tuning licence, a filter, an intake manifold and an exhaust. It is also the only build in the archive whose claim states an rpm alongside the speed, and the only one carrying an asterisk with nothing to explain it. The Pro-Series Sponson Kit, RY26120, is the same part number RIVA lists on the 2023 GP1800R build, which is the sort of overlap a parts catalogue makes visible and a marketing page does not.

Whether any of it is legal in your class. A builder describing its own product, including by a class name, is not a check against a rulebook. Class legality holds the checks that name a section and a person.

Whether it would do the same on your machine. A quoted top speed is one builder's result on one craft, usually without the conditions, the rider weight or the fuel.
