Anibal Aliaga Swidin

At a glance
The eras this page's records fall in are drawn solid; the others are hollow.
How we know: Each bar runs the years printed on that era's panel, and which eras a page falls in is the archive's grouping of its records, not the length of anyone's career.

2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015 · Confirmed
The IJSBA's rule books of 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014, and the draft of its 2015 book as the association posted it in January 2015, print "Attn: Anibal Aliaga Swidin, Pres." under Peru in their directory of international affiliates, against the Asociacion Peruana de Motos Acuaticas (printed APMA in 2014 and 2015). Each edition dates the listing to its own year only; none says when the post began or ended.

2012 · Likely
The IJSBA's corporate page as captured on 20 June 2012 lists "Anibal Aliaga Swidin, PAJS" on its Technical/Rules Committee, where the affiliates' members are listed with their bodies' initials. The page does not expand PAJS, print a country or say when his seat began. Reading him as the Peruvian affiliate's president of the rule books rests on the full name and that affiliate listing, and is the archive's inference.

2016 · Likely
The IJSBA's post of 19 September 2016, welcoming a new president of the Federacion Deportiva Peruana de Motonautica (FDPM), which it calls its affiliate in Peru, names the outgoing president as Anibal Aliaga and says the new president was a co-founder of the FDPM along with him. It gives no founding date. Reading the post's Anibal Aliaga as the directory's Anibal Aliaga Swidin rests on the name, the country and the affiliate role, and is the archive's inference.
The UIM Yearbook 2016/2017, dated June 2017, lists "President: Anibal Raul Aliaga Swidin" for Peru's national authority, printed Federacion Deportiva Perunana de Motonautica, a corresponding member of the UIM. The IJSBA had named a new president of the federation in September 2016, so the archive does not use the yearbook's listing to date the post.

What the archive has not read (1)
- No document of the Peruvian bodies themselves is held. None says when he took up the APMA or FDPM post, and only the IJSBA's post of September 2016, which calls him the outgoing president, marks his leaving the FDPM's (searched the archive's mirror and the research cache for Aliaga, 2026-10-09). The draft 2009 book also lists him, in a capture the archive has not copied; the 2008 book is the earliest edition held that names him.

High for the listing in the year of the book. A listing can outlast a post, so it dates the post only to the book's year. Addresses and telephone lines are not copied.

High for the affiliate's presidents as the association records them; the post gives no founding date. A photograph caption is not copied.
- UIM yearbook 2016/2017 (uim.sport): UIM Yearbook 2016/2017, published June 2017 (PDF text read from www.uim.sport, excerpt of the officers' lists), Union Internationale Motonautique, 2017-06; sanctioning body, high.
