The eras this page's records fall in are drawn solid; the others are hollow.
How we know: Each bar runs the years printed on that era's panel, and which eras a page falls in is the archive's grouping of its records, not the length of anyone's career.
Business
1986 · Likely
The 2019 induction speech on the PWCOFFSHORE hall of fame's page says that in 1986 he and a partner established Baja Promotions to promote off-road events in Baja California, and that its offshore personal watercraft races, first at San Felipe, spread to other venues in Baja and the United States.

Organising the sport
1994 · Likely
The induction speech printed on the hall's page says he had the idea of racing a personal watercraft to Catalina and back, and that after he met the Long Beach city manager, harbor master and Coast Guard and rode the crossing to test it, the Long Beach to Catalina and Back race was established, in 1994. These are the hall's words, written in 2019.

The hall's citation of 2016 for another inductee places that rider's first races at the early Baja Promotions endurance races in Mexico in 1993. It does not name him; the link between him and the company is the 2019 speech.

Recognition
The PWCOFFSHORE hall lists him as its eighth member, inducted on 23 November 2019, the first race promoter it inducted.

What the archive has not read (2)
- No document from the 1980s or 1990s naming him or Baja Promotions as a promoter is held (searched the archive's mirror and research cache for Peralta and Baja Promotions, and the open web, 2026-10-05). A 2007 forum post that credits him with the race is a lead only.
- The race's own pages name R.P.M. Racing Enterprises as its promoter from 2009. No held document calls any person or company the race's promoter before 2009 (checked 2026-10-05). The hall's page of August 2008 thanks a person of RPM Racing Enterprises, and the hall's page of 2019 credits Mike Follmer, in his citation, with bringing the race back in 2006, but neither calls anyone its promoter.
