2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2020 · Confirmed

The UIM's champions grid lists him, printed AL ABDULRAZZAQ Yousef of Kuwait, as Aquabike world champion in Runabout GP1, a class it says was earlier Runabout 1200 Super Stock and Runabout Mod 1200 cc, in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2020. Its 2015 row prints the family name AL ALBDULRAZZAQ.

2012, 2013, 2016, 2023 and 2025 · Confirmed

The same grid lists him world champion in the parallel slalom class for Runabout GP1 / F1 in 2012, 2013, 2016, 2023 and 2025. For 2012 and 2013 it also lists a second rider as champion of that class, and it gives no reason (grid read 2026-10-05).

2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2023 · Likely

The promoter's season standings for Runabout GP1 put him first in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2020, the years the UIM grid makes him champion, second in 2018 and 2021, and third in 2023.

2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 · Likely

The promoter's 2017 rider page, which gives him race number 1 in Runabout GP1 and a Kuwait licence, lists 2006 to 2009 as years he was Havasu Champion, in a career list that is his own account. Lake Havasu is where the World Finals are held, and that line, with the name and Kuwait, is what ties the UIM champion to the World Finals results on this page; the tie is the archive's inference. The same page also lists UIM world titles for 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017, matching the grid.

2008 · Likely

The 2008 World Finals results list Yousef Al-Abdulrazzaq first in Runabout 800 Superstock, second in the first moto and first in the second, and 19th, the last row, in Pro Runabout Open. Reading that rider as the UIM champion is the archive's inference, from the Havasu line on his rider page.

2015 · Likely

The 2015 World Finals results list Yousef Alabdulrazzaq of Kuwait first in Pro-Am Runabout LTD, winning both motos with race number 110, third in Sport Spec and in Sport Spec Slalom, and fourth in Runabout Open Slalom, each coded YAM. Reading that rider as the UIM champion is the archive's inference and rests on the name and Kuwait.

The promoter's report of the last round of the 2025 world championship, at Old Doha Port on 1 November 2025, has him running third in the final Runabout GP1 moto until he stopped on the course.

What the archive has not read (6)

• The association's champions page, which this archive treats as a finding aid, lists YOUSEF AL-ABDURAZZAQ of Kuwait for Pro Runabout 785 in 2006. The archive holds no 2006 World Finals sheet (checked 2026-10-05 against the sheets held for 1999, 2004, 2008, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and the 2013 entry list), so it is not a title here.
• Of the four years 2006 to 2009 that his rider page calls Havasu Champion, the archive holds the World Finals results for 2008 only (checked 2026-10-05).
• His rider page also lists a 2013 King's Cup win and an Asian Beach Games gold medal in his own career list, with no event details, and the World Cup's hall of fame, held only as a finding aid, lists him for Pro-Am Runabout Stock in 2013 (checked 2026-10-05). None is a title here.
• His 2017 rider page, in his own career list, gives world titles for 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and none for 2020, and Guinness counts three to 2016; the UIM grid lists five, adding 2020 (checked 2026-10-05). The page follows the grid's years.
• The UIM grid and the promoter's standings print no machine. His rider page names a Sea-Doo, which is his own entry and is not used alone; the 2015 World Finals results code his machine YAM (checked 2026-10-05).
• The association's 2013 class list, which records entries and not results, prints a YOUSEF ALABDULRAZZA, the name cut short, in three classes. Nothing on the list ties it to him, so it is not used (checked 2026-10-05).

• UIM champions grid World (uim.sport): UIM Champions grid, Aquabike World, every non-junior class, 2001 to 2026 (uim.sport, read 5 October 2026), Union Internationale Motonautique; sanctioning body, high. The world governing body's own list of its Aquabike world champions, read through the page's own discipline and class filters and held as one text, class by class, with year, class, country and name exactly as the grid prints them. The page has one address whatever the filter, so the part after # names the filter and is not part of the address. The five junior classes were not read. The grid starts in 2001, prints no 2007 or 2008 row in several classes, prints some names with a typing slip (AL ALBDULRAZZAQ for 2015), prints two riders for some years in parallel slalom without saying why, and its country column is often the licensing federation rather than the rider's own country (Lee Stone as BRAZIL, European riders as UAE). No placings below first and no machines.
• aquabike.net standings 2012 to 2025 (aquabike.net): UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship, circuit final standings, top three per class, 2012 to 2025 (aquabike.net, read 5 October 2026), aquabike.net, site of the championship's promoter; editorial, medium. The promoter's season standings for Runabout GP1, Ski Division GP1, Ski Ladies GP1 and Freestyle, one fragment per season and class fetched from the address the standings page loads them from, kept as rank, rider, licence country and season points for the first three, with the size of each table. Medium as the promoter's own tables restated in a reader's parse, not the UIM's record; it agrees with the UIM grid on every champion it covers. The 2012 tables for three classes came back empty. The country is the licence country.
• aquabike.net profile Al Abdulrazzaq 2017 (aquabike.net): Yousef Al Abdulrazzaq, rider profile on aquabike.net, 2017 season page, aquabike.net, site of the championship's promoter; editorial, low. The promoter's rider page: race number 1 in Runabout GP1, team, country and licence Kuwait, machine and a career list that includes Havasu Champion 2006 to 2009. The number, class and licence are the promoter's entry data; the career list is the rider's own account, so low. The held copy is the profile block only, with residence and birth details omitted.
• 2008 World Finals results (web.archive.org): IJSBA World Finals 2008, complete results (PDF, Wayback capture), International Jet Sports Boating Association, 2008; sanctioning body, high. Every class of the 2008 World Finals with placings and moto results, as text extracted from the association's own PDF. The sheet prints no event title or year; both come from its address on the association's site.
• 2015 World Finals results (web.archive.org): Quakeysense World Finals 2015, revised final results (PDF, Wayback capture), International Jet Sports Boating Association, 2015-10-19; sanctioning body, high. Revised final results by race, with make per rider, for the World Finals of October 2015. The 2013/07 in the address is an upload folder, not the year.
• aquabike.net Qatar 2025 report full text (web.archive.org): World Aquabike Championship success for Estelle Poret, Koch Hansen, Medori and Mariani in Qatar (aquabike.net news, 1 November 2025, Wayback capture of 2 November 2025), aquabike.net, site of the championship's promoter, 2025-11-01; editorial, medium. The promoter's report of the last round of the 2025 world championship, the article body as captured the day after, reduced to text. It gives the four world titles settled that day, the Grand Prix winners and, in each class report, the final championship order of the leading riders. Medium as the promoter's own report. It replaces, for citation, an earlier summary of the same report kept on file, which misreads the Ski GP1 championship order. It quotes riders on injuries and family, which no page repeats.
• Guinness UIM Runabout GP1 record (guinnessworldrecords.com): Most Wins of the UIM Aquabike Pro Runabout GP1 World Championship, Guinness World Records record page, Guinness World Records; editorial, medium. The record page as read on 21 September 2026 through a browser, held as the reader's notes of its fields and body text, not a copy of the page. It gives a count as of 2016 and has not been updated since, so it is behind the UIM's own grid; a reported total, repeated only as what Guinness lists.
