Aftermarket cooling lines, bypass fittings, water strainers, flush kits

This is one body's answer, not the sport's. You are bound
by whichever body sanctions the event you enter, and where both govern you,

Where it stands, class by class
20 classes, grouped by the answer rather than listed one by
one, because an answer that holds for a class usually holds for every class
that borrows its rules.
Legal, within limits 20 classes
Allowed in essentially every class. Universal prohibitions: no manually controlled devices that alter cooling water flow during operation, no electronically controlled valves or water injection unless original equipment, and in most stock classes no NEW fittings added to the cylinder head, cylinder or crankcase.
