The eras this page's records fall in are drawn solid; the others are hollow.
How we know: Each bar runs the years printed on that era's panel, and which eras a page falls in is the archive's grouping of its records, not the length of anyone's career.
Business
2015 and 2016 · Likely
The Harris Southern California Business Directory lists Ken Stuart as President of Skat-Trak Inc. in its 2015 and 2016 editions. Neither edition ties him to the hall's entry beyond the name, so reading the two as one person is the archive's inference. The directory text read prints the officers' line apart from the company's name, so tying it to Skat-Trak Inc. rests on the search and on the same two names that close Skat-Trak's 1998 page.

1998 · Likely
Skat-Trak's own About page, captured in February 1998, presents the company as a maker of impellers and racing equipment for watercraft and off-road use, and closes with his name and one other. The directories list the same two people as the company's President and its secretary. As with the directory entry above, the officers' line is printed apart from the company's name, so that join rests on the search and the two names.
Recognition
The IJSBA hall of fame roster lists Ken Stuart as one of its two Lifetime Achievers of 2007. The association's announcement of that year's ceremony, as reposted by jetskiworld.gr, names him and Bill Chapin as the two it is inducting as contributors to PWC racing rather than as competitors, and announces a ceremony on 13 October at Lake Havasu City.

What the archive has not read (2)

- The hall of fame page publishes no citation for its Lifetime Achievers, and the association's own 2007 announcement was not found; only a repost is held (searched the archive's mirror and research cache, 2026-10-05).
