The IJSBA's post of 26 April 2005 announces that the first Director representing the racers had been elected to its 2005 Board of Directors, naming Scott Frazier as elected to the first term, and its list of 29 April 2005 prints him on the new board representing Racers. An IJSBA post shown with the date 23 August 2005 quotes him as the outgoing Racer Representative.

The IJSBA's release of 27 July 2011 for its 30th World Finals quotes Scott Frazier, Managing Director of the IJSBA, and its post of 16 April 2015 on P1 USA producing that year's United States National Championship quotes him as IJSBA managing director. A BRP release of December 2011 on PR Newswire also calls him IJSBA managing director.

The IJSBA's post of 18 October 2015 names IJSBA Executive Director Scott Frazier as Interim Chair of its new Freestyle Committee until such time as the committee's members, procedures and methods of voting were developed. The association's post of 16 April 2015 calls him its managing director; the documents read do not say whether the two titles name one post (searched the archive's mirror and the set 5 research cache, 2026-10-09).

The IJSBA's Managing Director's Report of 25 January 2019, under the byline Scott Frazier, set out the managing director's recommended rule and policy changes for 2019 to the board, among them a maximum length for aftermarket ski hull and top deck configurations and a policy for aftermarket hulls in the Runabout 1100 Open and Modified classes. Naming him as the report's author rests on the byline.
