The page names the founder as Lee Stone, so reading him as the World Finals winner rests on the name, which is the archive's inference. The World Cup organiser's Pro Freestyle result sheets for 2015 and 2019 print REVOLVER beside his name in the country and team column, which links his name to the hull's name; they do not say who made the hull.
